Remove Vulcan from Assault

Being a B-class, the Assault has a decent mix of survivability and mobility. It also has the wonderful TOW launcher and the ability to negate overheating. The combination of all this can be overwhelming.
You see, I don't think that the Vulcan does too much damage or anything, but that it's synergizes with Assault far too well.
On the Brawler, it's well balanced because the C-classes lack of mobility makes it avoidable if you play it smart, but on the B-class, unless you're an A-class fully specced for mobility, an Assault can keep you in effective range with a fair amount of ease.
If a B-class with a Vulcan had the Hellfire Launcher as a secondary, I believe it would balance out better. In comparison to the TOW, the Hellfires have less utility and are more difficult to use effectively. It makes for a better counterpart since Vulcan is quite easy to use.
Then there's the Coolant ability. Heat management is a major part in balancing the Vulcan, possibly more so than any other weapon. Its sustained DPS can be incredible, and when you remove the need to let it cooldown, it becomes a problem. If you've got decent tracking, it means you can easily put out massive damage on multiple enemies. You could chew through a C-Class and then shred a B-Class for fun.
Now an alternate suggestion to removing of the Vulcan from Assault.
It's not so much that a Vulcan Assault is overpowered, as it is, there's no other mechs besides a HEAT Infiltrator (and some may argue the Sharpshooter) that has a loadout that works so well together.
Make other classes' weapon and ability loadouts synergize as well as the assault's does. The utility and killing power of a Vulcan Assault currently just seems to outclass almost every other mech and loadout. It really is just a straight upgrade.

Admittedly, Vulcan+instant cooldown is a pretty OP combo.

Also OP on Infiltrators since it's going to be really difficult to kill them due to their mobility.
It's fine on C-Classes, though. (I think only the Brawler can get it though_)
