thought i would bunch mine in with this as it is similar.
in the main menu my sound is fine, but after the first game, when i join a server, i have no sound, and just get a popping noise. like when you're connecting a set of speakers to your computer with them turned on.

I'm also having this sound effects issue, sound work fine in smaller games but when playing in larger maps with more people the sound starts to stutter horribly.
