In TDM, Members of the Teams are randomly Rearranged in between maps.

It helps prevent teamstacking by shuffling things up.
You're still playing with them, just against some of them. Nothing wrong with some friendly competition.

Hopefully they'll get group queueing up and running sometime soon(ish) so if you want to stick with your buddies, it's easier.
