If you consider the time frames for the first and second Closed Beta Event, the third won't be far behind. There may be just a tiny bit of time to squeeze in a fourth event, but I wouldn't get hopes up for that.

If CBE3 is where they actually add content, the wait will probably be longer. There wasn't much new content going from CBE1 to CBE2.

Considering that OB1 is in 28 days then I'd say that CB3 should be in 2 weeks as max.

1 1/2 - 2 weeks or so. Same as the distance from CBE1 to CBE2.
