I know i'm not the only one who has experienced this. I go to use the jumper and it boosts me into the wall 3 times even though i walked into it properly. I can't remember the map name this mainly happened at as i was in match making. It was the tallest map i believe with a AA missile battery in the very middle in top of this tower like structure.

Agreed. Some of these bounce pads on Titan do not work correctly.
Occupation: Old guy (do it long enough and you get really good at it)
