It could help if you could post your computer's specifications, where you experience this on (i.e.: menus, in-game on map "X" or "Y", etc.) and how frequent and long these freezes are.
I personally don't have this issue, but it would be more helpful if you gave out as much information as possible so it is easier to know what could be the cause of this.
