As many of you have pointed out, HP and MP have a fairly established meaning in the gaming world. This made it a bit confusing when we'd refer to HAWKEN and Meteor Points (many players understandably assumed we meant hit points or magic/mana points).

Lucky for all of us the solution is simple-- we're now calling them HAWKEN credits (HC) and Meteor Credits (MC).

This is great.  Wasn't a problem when I figured it out after the first few minutes but it was certainly confusing at first glance.  A very simple yet welcome change.

Yeah I think it was this giant bombcast http://www.giantbomb..._podcast_id=350 that was talking about their experiences in the beta. They bought the HP boost thinking it was a straight health boost. Otherwise they said they had fun

Well that's good. When I first started I thought they were HP too. Then it occurred to me, why would my HP be listed on the main menu...
