Such a misleading topic.

While you are playing it on your tablet what you aren't doing us actually PLAYING it.

Let me explain by saying all you are doing is streaming it and requiring a desktop to actually do all the work.

Not misleading at all , my aim was to test cloud based gaming and head mounted display 3d gaming

I am actually playing the game using Splashtop  on the iPad and the Nexus 7 , as it states on the videos .. Several floors away from my laptop actually. In fact you do not need to be near your pc this way you can game anywhere...streaming is a valid way of playing full pc games away from your PC ... Dave Perry just made 384 million by selling his cloud streaming service

.. Hawken is also set to launch via GAIKAI and when you play in a browser using that method you will be playing the game in your browser streamed from a server

So on launch all Hawken players will have the option of playing instantly without even installing the game using the cloud via GAIKAI , or on their tablets using Splashtop and streaming from their pcs or laptops.

Nothing misleading here at all and actually the pc I am streaming the game from is also a tablet  PC no desktops needed...

Given the option of an install or cloud version I would go for the instant Gaikai version every time .. even from my pc

The second part of this topic deals with head mounted displays and 3D game play as the devs were keen to push the Oculus Rift as an option , I intend to play Hawken streamed to an iPad connected wireless to a 3D head mounted display with my gaming pc or laptop miles away ...that is what I am trying to show here ..sorry to confuse you...

let me explain Splashtop and Gaikai stream games , you are actually playing them whether there is a kick ass gaming rig or Windows 8 tablet doing the horse work

i cannot for a second believe people would think I meant I somehow magically installed Hawken on an iPad and Nexus 7 and meant to mislead people (after clearly mentioning Splashtop HD in each video and the actual blog article)

It's not mentioned in the original post or title and quite clearly some people have done just that. Your content isn't misleading, its how you have put it on the forum.

"2D and 3D gaming on ST1080, Cinemizer OLED iPad+Nexus 7" gives the impression you are playing it on said devices to anyone less tech-savy than yourself. Not saying you meant to mislead anyone necessary, just explaining how what you said could be miss-interpreted.
