I also have this problem, though I haven't even made a single purchase yet. I assume it's the transaction server, as stated above.

Same problem although I just had 2 of my best rounds in the stock assault mech - I am getting really good with that TOW launcher. I usually play sharpshooter exclusively.

same issue as everyone else, although I can't buy anything period.  Guess I will jsut hang with the old assualty for a bit while it gets sorted out.

This is what betas are for. Getting the ghosts out of the machines. I too cannot use credits for purchases. Since this beta period runs to Dec. 6th I'm confident the devs. will get it right before the end.

Problems with the store etc. have been present in all the test runs so I was expecting this here as well.  Just be patient, they have always addressed this and I'm sure things will be transacting smoothly sooner than later.

Thanks for the feedback guys, really helps us to know what needs attention.  The team is working hard to smooth this stuff out.

Seems as though a lot of people in and out of game are frustrated w/ the inability to purchase items/mechs and I had several friends stop playing until quote "They get their fuzzy bunnies in a working order".

Can't buy and not getting Hawken Points

Same here, just got through with a match and while my mech earned EXP I didn't receive any Hawken points and I'm unable to make any purchases.

My beautiful Bruiser is just sitting there all lonely, wishing I was inside of it...
