One thing that would cool to have and should benefit everyone, is the @mention
It can be found here [LINK]. For some reason its no longer available from IPB but is still available from that place.
Another good one for different forums, is the Advanced Tags & Prefixes. Allows for searching that specific forums with those tags/prefixes [LINK]

Topic Under Special Surveillance [LINK] This is great for small moderation team to be able to show that the topic is getting outside of forum rules.
Easy Topic Moderation [LINK] Great little plugin for the forum staff
Instant Notifications by DDK33 [LINK] Not needed but convenient
Steam Profile [LINK] Nice integration for steam on the forums
Top 'Best Answer' User [LINK] Nice for the community support and while searching for solutions of issues
Topic Starter [LINK] Adds a bar above person avatar to show who started the topic
Staff Badges [LINK] Just a cosmetic thing
Recent Topics & Replies [LINK] Adds one side bar item that has both recent Topics and Replies
There are plenty more out there but these would work for a long while.
