I know Ashfire has a mirrored copy of the forums, which is in all aspects, better than the Internet's Wayback Machine. However, for those who don't know it yet, I'll leave it here. It contains 70 snapshots of the forums, in the span of almost 3 years.

 

Since not everything is consistent in terms of browsing the content, it's probably not going to give you the information you're looking for. However, it does portray what the old forums were like. You can see posts from users, but going from one forum to another is essentially changing your world line (kudos to anybody who understands this reference).

I can find threads but apparently the bot didn't crawl individual threads :( I wanted to at least look at some of the posts.
