Outside of the graphic novels (Genesis, Melee), and the card game, everything has been limited release promo stuff. I would check out the Project Phoenix t-shirts, too.
There are a ton of websites that make it very easy to add your own images to buttons, magnets, mugs, hats, shirts, shoes... the list goes on. Wear your own Hawken swag and show everyone how awesome this game is.

I live in South America, in a country with so many importation restrictions that even if merchandise do gets made I'd have too much trouble getting it into the country. That's why I took the matter in my own hands and had a T-shirt made with a mech figure on the front and my nick on the back.
Nevertheless, it'd be cool to be able to buy Hawken mechs action figures.

The custom 3d printing market is on the rise. I haven't tried any out (yet?) but there are bound to be a few that would be high enough quality to keep an A class pretty, even if you have to paint it yourself.
