Back in the "good old days" I always thought the Drop Bears had the coolest concept and was jealous I couldn't join. (Was a totally Australian and New Zealand based clan.) Would love to see them come back.... ::sigh::

The Drop Bears...yeah, I'd love to see something like this. Of course, I don't see how it'd work. Clan v Clan = lag for one of the clans. So I don't see this happening soon, unfortunately. :( I would honestly love to see an elite Australian group which could rival some of the better players in the game.

This was something that came up in the "Private Server" discussion. I think the idea was that if you had an AMEA/APAC Clan fight you would choose a Central US. If it was AMER/APAC Clan battle it would be on an West Coast server. AMER/AMEA would be on an East Coast Server.

 

In the long run adding a Hawaii and/or Hong Kong and/or Dubai based servers would help our international brethren play.

I dont know if they will return its been 2 years since a post in the forum but Im back and was one of the first members in the drop bears.
