If you purchased one of the Pioneer Private Server packages, here's what you need to do next:

 

Submit a support ticket mentioning you purchased one, and we'll start the process of rolling out your own brand-new private server.  You will also need to secure a Google Authenticator App on your phone (if you don't have access to such things, mention that in the support ticket; we'll figure it out).

 

Over the coming week we will contact you individually to get your private server access instructions and make sure you're all set up.  In terms of discovering all the cool things you can do in your private server, we are creating an exclusive Private Server Owners forum so watch for that.

 

We will start boxing up and mailing out your Hawken mouse early next week.  If you would like one of the devs to play a few rounds with your mouse before sending it out, mention that in your support ticket (someone said I needed to offer that as an available option - yes, it's kinda funny).
