[RED_SHIFT1]

So haven't played in awhile so I decided to crank it up and noticed two things: 

 

1. The window is about 75% of its' usual full size and the cursor is really large and only works within that window.  I cannot use it outside its' borders.
2. I notice the phrase 32-bit DX9...what is that?  (I use a 64-bit Windows 7 version)
