Hello, I would like to know why the server are blocked "by my skill level," forcing me to play in North American servers where my ping is above 280 ms, while in Latin American game servers to 70-80 ms.

This is an unfortunate consequence for the low population. If you use the quick join for "any mode" in that region it should put you in that server, as it is the only one available, though it may take a minute.

Let me try to answer your question Davinchoking:

 

The game uses a system to determine a players skill level, and then ensure they play in matches where they will be of average equivalent skill to most of the other players.  It's usually a good thing - keeps low skilled players from getting stomped by the highly skilled, etc.

 

So, either YOU are too good or not good enough for those matches which you are being restricted from joining.

 

As Hyginos says above, if you are having trouble finding a match in your region, use the matchmaking queue instead of the server browser.  You may have to wait an extra minute or two, but you'll get into a match.
