After I attach a short clip I submit my request... submit button goes grey and doesn't do anything. The vid isn't long, just showing a messed up lag fest out of blue and the general crappyness of LA server 5416. Can't imagine the file is too large to upload. Suggestions other than eating a d please? ;)

Many support systems are email based. So email size limits may apply. https://en.wikipedia...ent#Size_limits
Anyways, whether it is email based or whether it is just some limitation or bug in the system. Your best bet is probably to upload to Dropbox, Google Drive, or Youtube. And then include a link to that in your support ticket.
