We're investigating some reported issues with account creation and missing callsigns. If your callsign is missing (shows as Recruit) please contact support with the callsign you held previously or the new callsign you'd like and we'll get this fixed.

At this time, the issue affecting account creation and sign-in times (specifically the login portion before account syncing) have been resolved. If you are missing your callsign, please contact support (if you have not already) with your desired callsign and we will fix it.
