I've tried all the fixes, nothing works.

 

This is what happens when I launch it

that's happened to me as well...  but randomly.  sometimes it will do it like 4 times in a row, then i'll restart my computer and it will do it again, then start up the game.

 

then i won't happen for a week.  

 

since i installed windows 10.

maybe you install the game again?

the solution is simple. Don't launch Hawken from Steam. Launch it from the actual .exe file and you'll be fine
