Hello, I know a player by the callsign of "Haguen" who is constantly disconnected from any ongoing match.  The problem began on march 3rd or 4th.  His is an old account and the game used to work perfectly.

 

All I know is that he gets disconnected during a match; not during menus.  He said it's not a virus, and he's reinstalled Hawken multiple times, but to no avail.  I'm sorry, that's all the details I have right now.  It's hard to get ahold of him ingame.

 

Any ideas?  I'm guessing the problem is probably on his end.

Hey, facing the same problem here. The game keeps disconnecting saying the connection to the host has timed out. I have not only re-installed Hawken multiple times but windows too, but to no avail.

 

I get this error code: 475E2DCF

 

And yes I have tried it on LAN as well as wireless, no difference, I still get disconnected!

 

Any help would be much appreciated!

 deleting this folder usualy helps with these sorta things
