We are working on some lingering issues still. We hope to have stuff like this resolved soon.

Well, I'm level 30 again and I've gotten a Tech, Raider, and Zerker. Still missing the rest of my mechs though. :(
Edit: Those three mechs I received don't have primaries or secondaries.

Hello, the same happend to me.
All my Mech`s, items, colors... are gone. i`only got two Testmech`s (Raider and Brawler) that ican use for playing.
There are four Mech`s of mine but it`s not possible to enter a match with them.
