Lately my burst guns will give the firing animation without firing anything and some of my TOWs are unable to be detonated. I'm not really sure what I'm seeing TBH. Not sure if it just isn't showing projectiles locally or what.

 

Edit: Forgot to mention it's a single EOC round 11s in the clip. When I move toward the shot there are no EOCs where I fired them but right before I turn around suddenly there the rounds are on the ground.

From what you're describing, it sounds an awful lot like lag. But then again, if everybody else is moving normally but your weapons aren't actually shooting anything, it could be packet loss. I often find this happening, not just in HAWKEN though. Some games handily display packet loss and I have a high loss percentage.

 

Might be worth doing a speed test. Hope this helps.
