Hello, my set up:
1) CPU - AMD 840 x4
2) GPU - GTX 960 Gigabyte
3) Ram - 8 Gb

4) Windows 10

Every driver is up to date.

Why is game lagging terribly? With fps drops in battles. I tried to cap FPS, it helps a little bit, because difference between 50 and 25 is less noticable.

At high i have average FPS of 40, same at medium. 

CPU usage ~ 70%

CPU temp - Max. 55 °C

VRAM ~ 1.1 GB

Core clock 1390 Mhz

Memory Clock  3505 Mhz

GPU usage - Max 70 %

GPU Temp - Max 48 °C

WItcher 3 with No Hairworks, Shadows min. is running great. Xcom 2 Max. settings no problem.
