Is there any configuration file that allows assign the double tap to boost and simultaneously bind boost to shift + wasd?

You would need to download keyboard mapping software, unless you buy a keyboard that comes with its own mappping software (which would probably work better).

 

I am using a old SteelSeries Merc Stealth keyboard, and I have the keys custom mapped for Hawken in the 'Z-Engine' software that came with it. Shown here:

 

*the key should say "180 Spin", not 360 because I'm apparently an idiot. Lol

I like that keyboard, I am so used to using WASD always wishing there were actual buttons around it, but was too lazy to look or even think that they probably make anything I can think of wanting lol!
