1  satellite marker - shoots small hovering satellite high into the air and marks where the other team pilots are.  healing, walking, or cloaked in stalker mode this item will pinpoint their location.  like the rocket and machine gun turrets this item can be destroyed

 

 

2  communicationz scrambler - disables team speak and team chat.  like the scrambler and scanner this item can be destroyed

Obviously wouldn't work on people actually using 'Teamspeak'. I'm sure you mean in-game VOIP which would need to be working before you could do this. Still no.

note: more accurate (in 3D space, on the map's geometry..) tactical markers would be something much appreciated
