So does this heat up enemies or does it only heat up when you hit enemies, like the Helix Repair Torch?

heats up enemies when you hit them ill make that more clear in the main post.

how is you supposed to use the EOC repeater when you are so close to the enemy cuz u needs to use the fire sprayer? no synergy. same thing with the heat cannon.
