Assuming it's for a 1080p monitor:

The mouse is pretty expensive and is the part that will vary depending on your personnal tastes. But I got this mouse and it's very solid and quite famous for FPS (and ambidextrous which can be a con)

Here's a pretty solid rig that pinged right around your budget numbers:

I wouldn't recommend an FX processor at all nowadays, especially for a gaming build.
Here's a list with an Skylake i5, and the same RX 480 + Hard drive. There's not quite enough to fit in an SSD, but if you save up a bit more you could go for a 1TB hard drive and a 120GB SSD for a boot drive

Ah FX ain't bad. My personal rig is a Devil's Canyon i5 but I've built several around the 6300 and 8320 / 8350 that run like champs.
I notice the motherboard lists no price in your build, is it a bundle deal?
Not having a dual-channel kit of RAM could also be an issue down the road.

By "from scratch, no monitor just a mouse" do you mean you literally only have a mouse, and need keyboard, display, and everything else? Or do you mean you only need a mouse in addition to the computer?
Worth noting that in some cases it is actually more economical to buy some kind of a non-gaming workstation rig (like a Dell or something) that has a good cpu in it then reinstall the OS and drop in a good GPU and possibly a power supply. Many commercial productivity rigs are cheaper than the sum of their parts because they are subsidized by bloatware and bulk value.
I'd also like to say that if you play Hawken (I think its a safe assumption) you want to avoid the more prolific AMD CPUs. I've found that Hawken absolutely loathes running on Piledriver/Bulldozer chips, probably due to the abysmal single thread performance. They will work, but Intel has better offerings for the foreseeable future (crossing my fingers for Zen though).

It's not just that it's outperformed by an i5 (Or an i3 in single threaded performance), it's also an old platform meaning there is hardly any upgrade path
The motherboard I picked magically went out of stock, here's an updated list

Dual channel ram has a very small performance difference than single channel ram, the reason I put a 1x8gb stick in is so OP can add a second stick for 16GB as an upgrade.
(crossing my fingers for Zen though).

You guys need to remember to include an operating system. That eats 100-some € right off the top of your budget.
Personally I would try to find something like this, then replace the PSU and add a GPU. Assuming you can get something similar for an equivalent price in Euros that leaves you about 475€ for a PSU and GPU. You can reinstall the OS if you feel the need to be thorough but you can also not bother with it at all.

With that in mind, here's an updated list.

Bear in mind you can usually find windows 10 for a much lower price that retail. Key sellers and often normal sellers sell it for less than what PC part picker picks up - I got my windows copy for about £20 less than what pc part picker picked up from amazon, but I got that cheaper copy from amazon anyway which was weird
