This isn't worthy of its own post. This isn't the subforum that needs it. This isn't movie special effects.

Hellfires can curve. Yes, curve. That means firing from behind, around, and over cover. The walls may be straight and the ground may be round but they are powerless to the curves.

Observe.

Pubstomping is a whole different strategic discussion, however, and usually just becomes an exploration of the ethics of dumpstering randos.

I try to be creative when firing my Hellfires. If your fast enough you can lock on, 180 spin, aim up and then fire and that will have the missiles go over you and make their trajectory a bit higher and more clustered together. Other than that, I try to "Thread the needle" with them all the time. I find it fun.

90deg to side, 45deg or much higher up. around, over and down (can we say "Bunker"?). luv it. also if target closes in upon lock, shoot slightly down/at its feet--they won't spread out like they all suddenly didn't want to hit anything.

Yeah Eth I love curving em round stuff. Fun. You've been here a long time like me so you can remember when they REALLY curved, LOL. Use to throw em way over walls, buildings, etc. They nerfed em a long time ago. I get why they did, it was a bit OP. :teehee: But it sure was fun. Still fun. Yeah yeah I know, the Rocketard is not great for points or usually MMR but it damn sure is fun. I love making em run like rats on a sinking ship.

I almost always curve my Hellfires. I just curve them into walls. Also, how do you have an Elite CRT Bruiser?

There used to be a bruiser complete package on Steam.

Does that gif come in more-than-10-fps flavor?
