Mute function don't work.

Yeah was in a game with an ignorant person that had heavy thrash music on that load that I had to turn volume off.

Turn other player volume down, this shouls mute every one

But the function is truly broken.

Yep definately broken,hopefully it will be easy to fix and gets done in the next update/patch
