After a match there's a long crawl as the game showcases the mechs of the team who won the match. This is followed by roughly 55 seconds of staring at the scoreboard/progression screens, taking a leak, getting coffee, doing taxes, and falling asleep before the next map loads. If we could get that timer cut down to 20-30 seconds and a Ready button that would skip it entirely if enough players pressed it, that would be fantastic.

 

Somewhat related suggestion is being able to cut the on-death kill cam short by pressing escape to get to the garage faster. Respawn time obviously wouldn't be affected. Not sure how being able to change your loadout a few seconds faster would affect balance, if at all.

Naah the time I think ita good but the skip button could come in handy XD

Say I'm buying something in garage while the time is going out I really don't want the time to go out so yeah the ready and skip button should do just fine

Seems pretty fine to me. I might be biased though because it does not feel so long with the ability to just look at another screen.

I would say yeah, keep the time as is to let people edit stuff in the garage or chat; but add a ready button so if everyone wants to move on they just do.

Is the 40s pre-match setup time not enough to change your settings in the garage? I ask because that's why I didn't mention the pre-match timer. I assumed that's what other people used it for.

I cant finish a smoke in the time given at the moment.

 

Can't say I think its really too long. A bit of socializing on the chat box and the wait is over in a snap.
