Hello, for some reason, I cannot log into my account today and the past few days. Whenever I try to log in it says that my email and password are wrong.

I am quite sure that my email, is correct as I have double check many times and I have tried every single password that I use.

In addition to this, when I try to change my password, it says "unknown message".

Luckily however, I have never logged out of my account on my iPad.

I would like some help if possible. Thank you.

I am having the same problem.

 

I had to make a new account just to be able to acces the forums.

Please if anyone knows how to fix this please help.
