Newbie
So I played this game a little over a year ago, and came back to it just recently only to have found that my account got reset except for certain things (HC and MC, time played on some Mechs, etc). I previously bought the Nemisis Bundle and Sharpshooter Bundle and to my surprise my account level has been reset to 1, lost the mechs that I had bought as well as all my cosmetics and such.
So... What gives?

The devs are ironing out the bugs with their database overhaul. You should have them back within a few days.
