Is this game completely dead? I just tried to log in for the first time in 2 years.

 

there are only like 30 people playing deathmatch. no siege or missile D, The only modes that I ever enjoyed...

 

To make matters worse. I am getting mech synch failure when i try to use all of my favorite mechs.

And the support button on the website does nothing at all. is it even possible to open a support ticket, or have all the employees moved on/been fired?

Same problem here. I made a ticket about the Synch Failure as well, i haven´t heard from them at all.
