[FIXMYACCOUNTPLEASE]

I recently felt nostalgic for some mech combat and tried to log in to my Haken account (via Steam) I've had since 2014. Apparently my account information is inaccessible??

 

I can't put a hard date on it, but I'd swear I've logged in as recently as six months ago after getting a new computer. Is there any way to recover my account?  I had unlocked and fully leveled the Rocketeer Heavy Mech (had all the matte black reward paint) and purchased a few cosmetic items from the cash shop. To the best of my knowledge I was in good standing, albeit dormant for some time. I've placed a ticket with support but haven't had a response in over nine days.
