Hello

I present my problem. I played Hawken on PC 2 years ago. I stopped playing and now I would like to play again. But my old account is not working. It tells me my mail is invalid.

I had to make a new account to be able to write here.

I even made a request but I have no replies for 5 days. (request 4427)

Can you help me. I would like to play with my old account, my progression ...

Yes i tried but it doesnt work...

 

And i submited a ticket, but my old account is lost...

They lost the first year of my acct so don't feel bad. Now they tell me I joined in June or July of 2013. Nope, October 2012. And won't give me my beta skin, claim they can't find the beta skins in the data base. Yeah right.
