Hey PC Pilots,

First, I would like to personally apologize to the PC community for the troubles some of you may have had
with your account.


We're currently rolling out a script that should fix all of the missing Mechs and game items.
This problem was caused by the database service provider for Hawken's backend and is not on us. We've made steps to ensure that this does not happen again, which is what the database migration was for.

We request that you do not submit a ticket about existing issues until this post is updated. We will post a reply when the migration fixup script is complete.
We will be using the forums to convey this information and ask that you have patience while we sort out this mess.

We apologize once again for the inconvenience that you may have encountered, and we
hope to see you back in Hawken with your game items soon!


Started: 1:35pm EST: Progress Started.
Update 5:49pm EST: In progress. The game item stats (achievements, MMR, etc) script has completed, we're waiting on game items (mechs, abilities, etc) to complete next.
Update 11:43pm EST: In progress. We're waiting on game items to finish inserting still. May take a day or two.
