Hello , I play HAWKEN since a while , after a break of ... maybe 6 month ... I wwant to play again on this game . I have 4 mech , A predator , a reaper , a assault and the recruit . 

When I want to take mt assault or my reaper it say "mech sync error" and ... i don't know how to fix this bug .

I read that it was a account bug . 

I post a ticket on the repair bay 2 month ago . I just want to know if I gonna retrieve my mech .
