when in lobby screen, how does the auto balancing work? is there any input by the player taken in account?

i have seen many times, a player switching teams after the system has assigned the teams. i think they do that by quickly unchecking/rechecking "ready", but i'm not sure about it. looks like cheating though

 

also, how one can see their MMR?

Constantly checking the "ready" wouldn't have any effect on balancing other than making the matchmaking system re-consider a few values.  But if enough people are ready then it should stop that from happening.

 

With MMR, as of right now you can't.    On the PC version of the game we have a community-made bot that allows us to see it along with some other neat values, but on console there is no method to check it for now.
