I used to play Hawken quite a bit when it released on steam. I did buy an awful lot of mechs and some cosmetics, now that I have a 144hz monitor I thought I'd try and get back into it. Everything I've purchased has gone which is quite annoying. I've seen that this is a pretty common issue so instead of filling up the forums asking for help I thought I'd take it upon myself and get it resolved at the Zendesk. 2 months later I've still not heard anything back. Am I missing a few steps here or is there anything else I can do to help get this resolved a bit quicker?

mine created 4 months ago and last activity 2 months ago. I kinda give up waiting so i buy new mech instead

I to am having the same problem. Also the cooldown function on my G2 assault doesn't work. I've put in a ticket, and used the check tool they provide. Really just adding to comments so Dev's can see this problem is more widespread.
