Weapon select UI bugged?

The weapon select is not displaying weapons correctly and some weapons cannot be selected. If I have not bought the weapon, I cannot select it to buy it either. This is see on weapon selects where you need to scroll down to see other weapons like the FLAK Cannon or T-32 Bolt on the CIV.
