Hi Guys.
Yesterday, 2017-03-16, i could play after downloading the hotfix / update has completed.

Today I got again the same error, which I got a few times after the update in february, 2017.

Is there anything I can do to login again?
I hope that I won't loose my daily reward counter, which is counting 16 days logins.

I play from Europe and my last connect was to a server in north america. Could this be a cause die my connection errors?

Hey Rotid,

 

Are you still experiencing these issues? I don't see anything that is preventing logins right now.

I am unable to log in today Monday March 20th.  I am getting a message that tells me " I must be online to play this game."  I am definitely online and I can play other games on line.  No one else on our xbox can play either.  But I have someone on my friends list who is playing.  i don't know what the problem is.

If you're experiencing that issue, it's possible your Xbox Live Gold subscription had run out. An Xbox Live Gold subscription is required to play Hawken.

 

If you are still experiencing issues and have Gold, do a complete power cycle on your console: http://www.ign.com/w...art_on_Xbox_One

Hi.
I got this error again this evening, by writing this post.

Is There a monitoring service, which I can consult to see, if there is an error on the login services?

This could save me from trying to login again and again without success.

Does anybody know something about this error? Why do I got this error repeatedly?

Are there others, WHO got this error?
My internet connection is working corectly, as I can write this post.

BTW. the hard reset does not affect the login problems.

I still have this error as I write this post.

Do you know other tricks that could help?

Hi.
And again this evening ... exactly the same errornumber.

I did a complete Router reset to get a new IP from my ISP and a hard reboot of my xbox, but nothing helps.

Today, I recognize a system-update For my xbox, which is running now.

... I hope the update helps with this login error.

... but none of my hawken buddies is shown playing hawken. Perhaps they all got the same error? They are online but playing other games (players from us and spain, as far as I know). But A friend of mine played yesterday evening, when I got the same error...

This becomes a little bit annoying ... hope the update helps.
