hello

i buyed a cdkey on steam, if i try to activate it on the website, i receive "invalid code" error

my ticket get no answer
email i send to hawken support no answer

steam support cant help but the well know this problem

i feel scamed because of this

i payd money and received nothing

reddit and the ingame chat laught and say:
good luck to contact any one for help
u need to wait 6 month or more
or u dont get any answer


so im realy pissed because of this

if i dont get a result or support contact for this FRAUD the next few days, im going to start a legal proceedings at the german police here.

Reddit, etc are sour as they don't accept the many announcements and posts from Reloaded about missing items/mechs, etc.

That is a known issue and the fix is not an easy one.

 

A store purchase issue, as you can see, has a better turnaround although the team is still small and has lots on their plate.

If you didn't get what you paid for, the first escalation should be Steam support, before claiming something criminal has happened.

 

TL;DR - Ignore the salt, Submit a support ticket.
