I play on PS4. The tech's repair torch has stopped working again. The only thing it does right now is repair my mech and that's it.

 

It doesn't heal/deconstruct anyone, it doesn't register after the game that I healed anyone and I don't receive any Exp.

Also has the distance to use the torch been shortened? It sure feels that way.
