Since I only got a "will keep you posted"I can't be too cautious so I submitted a ticket again...
First problem:
Missing my alpha and beta camos.
Second: My yellow-ripple (the yellow and black stripes camo) is now green and I am furious about this because I bought it in the past and now for no reason (I've been given excuses such as "oh it's for the graphics" and before that I had "Oh it's to make it more vibrant" while there's already 4 other green camos if not more...talk about variety. One is a technical decision which actually makes no sens and then is a design decision which is contradictory)
Czerofive told me to submit a ticket so I could get a MC compesation even though what I want is my old yellow stripe camo back. I've never had any response from that past submitted ticket except "you'll get a response sometime". So I'm wondering where is my compensation and how was the question about the camo color change was being treated? He said the moment I'd submit a ticket he would bring this matter up to the designer to "make it right". Just to recap, I bought something and somehow it changed without notice for no reason but a bad and random decision. I want my yellow camo back (and so does amidatelion and so many others who used that camo before). Do not forget about the beta and alpha camo. I'm sure there's more missing.
What's next? I'm also missing my assault riffle on my infiltrator mech. How did that happen?
Lastly my grenadier ability was the right one after the patch installed but after a match or two it got changed unexpectedly to the console grenadier version which I hate to the point of disgust and I've put a lot of customizations on that particular mech and now I don't use it anymore because it was drastically changed to something totally different making it completely another mech that i'm never going to use now. It was one of my main mechs. It almost rips of the will to play the game.
How can you possibly repair all of this? Of course HC can help like somekind of band-aid but it won't change the fact that I'm seriously mad about all that and will always come back on all these "wrongs" until it's all done right.
I got Czerofive's word from a discord conversation that he would make it right because he himself thinks it shouldn't be like that and will talk directly with the person in charge of the graphics design or whoever is in charge with customization.
What about all the rest?
