Map selection definitely, vote scramble.... Idk

Vote scramble is used in TF2 and it can be abused quite a lot of the time. However TF2 doesn't have MMR / Matchmaking on servers that don't have specific plugins, so i'm not sure how they would compare. More voice commands would definitely be useful though

Vote scramble is a but funny, if you're moved to the other team, what happens with the kills that you earned in TDM? I can't explain things, but I think you got the point. More orders would be handy, there's the "enemy sighted", "require assistance",  a "move to that position" would be helpful in my opinion.

Definately yes for vote shuffle, however the shuffle should be based on the current match gained experience. This worked _really_ well in ET.
