I've noticed that when I've been team-switched any dominations or nemeses are still marked on the scoreboard and nobody can do anything about them. My suggestion is to take one out of  TF2s playbook and simply remove the icon without any fanfare or points given when you get switched.

 

Or it could be left alone. It just kinda bugs me that they're still there after you're switched. : /
