For example game starts with 3 on 3. Idiot server adds 1 to opposing team. Now its 4 on 3. That extra gun makes a huge difference.

How would that work with people joining from the server list though? Add them to a queue until another player clicks on that same server? That would mean you'd need individual queues for each server, not sure if it's worth the extra load and wait time.

 

Players should be mature enough to wait if they get into a 4v3 and it's balanced, or play if the 3v3 teams are not balanced and the score is something like 4 - 13.

Yes I should have said that "should" doesn't mean "will". I know a couple that will wait and it's very appreciated but I wouldn't count on everybody doing it sadly.

 

I like your spectator mode idea a lot, maybe disable teamchat as well so that the player spectating can't tell his team where the opponents are.

No you'll just spectate as 3rd person on your teammates.

Josh told me the other day he'll be looking into the matchmaking system shortly, though I won't say any dates since it was never made official. There's a lot of things wrong with it and I'm sure they are already aware.
