You seen DBZ abridged_ It's a laugh-a-second. Amazing stuff. Also, if you haven't seen it, you should try Gurren Lagann.
I'm an oldschool anime guy. Kind of started to fall out of it in recent years as I've not found anything worth giving my attention to, but this pulled me right back in. Briliant Shonen/Mecha/Drama/Comedy anime.

Very good CGI a là Star Wars.. (with awesome Martian landscapes)... just to mention some.
My advice would be: Ignore the critics and watch this movie.

Loved the hell out of the books, and while I understand there's obviously been some changes I'm still interested in seeing it.
