The writing was really what made it. The pacing was iffy and slow at times, and the plot was admittedly kind of bland. But it was fun to watch the characters interact with one-another and the battle scenes were top-notch.

Not a movie, but I did just finish The Daily Lives of High School Boys. It was brilliant. I just had to immortalize it in this comic strip.

Last actual movie I saw was The Avengers at midnight release with a group of my buddies. It was really good, probably my favorite superhero movie.

Avengers was my last movie i saw too. And it suprised me.
The last back story to one of the actualy Avengers i saw was Cpt. America and i didnt really like that at all so kind dropped my hopes for the movie.
But it was great!

It's the character's name. The girl is calling out to him in the first panel, which prompts him to walk out onto his balcony.

They haven't actually tried to kill him, they just want him to die. They're venting their frustrations over the fact that the show is about high school boys rather than high school girls. He' major  a supporting character while they only get two minutes of screen time every other episode (if they're lucky).

I watched it fansubbed online unfortunately since none of the publishers out there picked it up or even licensed to stream it. I really enjoyed the show and definitely think it's worth a watch.

The Avengers.
Was pretty good. Not as life changingly amazing as a lot of people have claimed it to be, but pretty good none-the-less.
Would watch again.

Yea it did the fan service well. They could've killed Avengers, but suprisingly did a decent job. Polar opposite to some of the other half assed Avenger backstory movies. Still would've liked to see more Hawkeye. They only said his name twice the whole film.
