as you can see they've added taunts to the Paint Shop, i would very much like a HHHRRNNNN taunt, much like the HHRRRRRNNNN from the videos below - gloth described it as "robot fog horn" i would love this for class C but i imagine class a/b would want it too, so perhaps taunts should be universal

edit: it seems some people have voted no, as they don't wish class a/b to have HRNNN, [Raxaphan] has suggested this bicycle bell instead and [h0B0] has suggested this cucaracha horn

I'm voting no. Giving the HHRRRRRRRNNNNNNN to the lowly mechs would rob the mystical sky beast of the terrible awe it inspires. Meanwhile, make HHRRRRRRRNNNNNNNN louder please. Such an awesome sound deserves to shake every corner of the map.

Why is the sound design in that video so much better than the game itself_ Did they just get it right the first time and went downhill from there_

I doubt that was actual sound recorded in game.

Actually, all those sounds and the UI were in the original alpha.  Except the Battleship HRRRRRRRRRRNNNNNN, because siege hadn't been implemented yet.  I really miss the little noises, like the turret setting up and the plink of a new round being loaded into the heat cannon.
